This show was Richard's first solo exhibition with The Fine Art Society after his previous representative, Tooth's, closed down. The exhibition opened in their New Bond Street, London gallery in April 1977 and then moved to their Great King Street premises in Edinburgh from 28 May until 21 June 1977.
