The Modern Water-Colour Society goes from strength to strength and from strong‐hold in stronghold. The exhibition of drawings by the society’s members, which opens to-day at the St George’s Gallery, 32a George Street, Hanover Square, is the best of the seven yet held.

Some contributions are less familiar. I thought those of the young painter, R. Eurich particularly interesting. His study of a female figure and a dog, with a landscape background, entitled "Young Girl" has something of the simplicity and homeliness of a Baxter print, together with considerable effectiveness in design.
