This sketch was shown as a 'drawing' in the Fine Art Society's exhibition Eurich at 80, Early Drawings and Recent Paintings in 1983. It appears twice in this catalogue, once here as a Drawing and as a Sketch. It is the source for the Eurich painting in the Manchester Art Gallery collection, Lyme Regis (1930), originally exhibited as Fisherman’s Bay, Lyme in the 1930 Goupil Gallery Salon.
