Bits of the sky and bottom in the colour version are missing, sawn off, we suspect, by RE. In the B&W version the painting is signed and dated R. Eurich. 1961. When the painting was sold at Tooth's in 1970, it was dated as 1961-67. We assume it was cut down in 1967.
