England Hampshire Lepe Beach The South Hurst Castle Isle of Wight fence markers road sail boat

When I look at the quick sketch below that Dad penned (it looks like biro) I find it amazing how he has remembered the quality of the light. You can almost feel the fresh air and the spaciousness across the Solent. Hurst Castle squats in the distance and the yacht in the middle looks like a piece of the sky come down to float on the sea.
