There is some chance that the work recorded as The Club Room (1938) Cat 58 in a 1980 Ash Barn Gallery catalogue is misdated, and could actually refer to this work.

Eurich fills his fictional space with the richest range of reference, yet controls the whole with a mastery extraordinary for a twenty-eight-year-old. A decade later Eurich wrote to Sydney Schiff, his friend and patron, "I wish to see every painting as a world of its own."
