This image had been attributed (based on a Witt Library entry) to Sunday Morning, Approaches to Antwerp 1939, but a newly found photo has a note from Richard on the back giving the title as "Regatta". According to Richard's sales diary a work with that title was sold in 1956 by the Redfern to be published as a reproduction. Since Regatta fits the the proportions of the photo - 25x30in - we are now attributing the image to it.
